This module includes a review of cardiac anatomy and physiology, coronary arteries, risk factors, history taking, types of infarcts and assessment tips for the patient with chest pain. Basic ECG interpretation is also covered with examples of abnormal ECG findings.
This course has the goal of facilitating knowledge and confidence in the care of the myocardial infarct patient. Myocardial Damage in Adults is also used as a great orientation tool for nurses wishing to pursue a career in the field of Cardiology.
